This Privacy Policy explains how Logical Minds ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Aethera Browser desktop application and this website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — your email address, full name, and phone number, collected when you sign in or complete your profile.
- Connected payment-source data — payment amounts, sender names, payment notes, and timestamps that Aethera Browser reads from the payment sources you connect inside the app (currently your own Amazon Pay UPI history), so they can be forwarded as alerts.
- Recharge and payment data — the subscription package you choose, UPI transaction reference IDs, and payment status, used to activate and track your subscription.
- Alert integration data — OAuth access and refresh tokens, API tokens, and channel identifiers for the alert services you connect (currently Streamlabs and StreamElements), stored so the app can forward alerts to your streaming overlay on your behalf.
- Usage and diagnostic data — app version, connection status, and error logs, used to keep the Service working reliably.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to: operate your account and subscription; read activity from your connected payment sources and forward eligible payments to your connected streaming integrations; send you verification codes and account-related emails; maintain and improve the Service; and detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service:
- With Brevo, our transactional email provider, solely to deliver sign-in verification codes.
- With Streamlabs and StreamElements, only when you connect those integrations, to forward donation/payment alerts you choose to send.
- With our payment processor (Razorpay) and payment networks such as UPI, solely to process your recharge/subscription payment.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Logical Minds, our users, or the public.
Data Storage & Security
Account and activity data is stored on servers we operate, and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Your session token is stored locally on your device by the desktop app. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to records we are required to keep for financial or legal purposes.
Your Rights & Choices
You may access or correct your account details from within the app, disconnect Streamlabs or StreamElements at any time from the Integrations tab, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. See Contact Us.
Children's Privacy
The Service involves payment and financial activity monitoring and is not directed to, or intended for use by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
