These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aethera Browser desktop application and aetherabrowser.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Logical Minds ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
The Service involves monitoring of payment activity and is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Description of Service
Aethera Browser is a desktop automation browser for live streamers. It connects to third-party payment and streaming services that you choose (currently including Amazon Pay UPI, Streamlabs, and StreamElements) to automate contribution alerts. Certain features require an active recharge/subscription. Aethera Browser is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, Streamlabs, or StreamElements.
Account & Sign-In
Access to the Service uses a passwordless, email-based sign-in: we send a one-time verification code to the email address you provide. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email account and for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us immediately at Contact Us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Recharge, Payments & Refunds
Certain features require an active recharge, purchased for a fixed duration through the app’s secure checkout at the price displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Recharges are activated after payment is verified and are not renewed automatically — you choose when to recharge again. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once a recharge has been activated. If you believe a payment was charged in error, contact us at Contact Us and we will review it in good faith.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit fraudulent payment or transaction data; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service's operation or security; circumvent rate limits, verification steps, or account restrictions; or use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of Amazon, Streamlabs, StreamElements, or any third party.
Third-Party Services
The Service reads data from and forwards data to third-party platforms (Amazon Pay, Streamlabs, StreamElements) that you choose to connect. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party platforms.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Logical Minds and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that payment detection, alert delivery, or any feature will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logical Minds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of income, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via Contact Us.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
